Sick and unable to get in to see your doctor? Virtual appointments are available with a licensed provider to help provide treatment options for your symptoms. 

Need to be seen for lab orders and refills on medications? This may be an option for you. Excluded refills are all Schedule I and II classifications. 

Need to be seen for lab orders, wellness, general health, and refills on medications? This may be an option for you. Excluded refills are all Schedule I and II classifications. 

Includes 5 hours annually that can be divided into 30 minute visits or 60 minute visits. 

Individual over the age of 26 is $600/year

Under the age of 26 is $300/year 

In-person initial consults are preferred; however telehealth is offered for those with abnormal and busy schedules. Initial consults may last up to 45 minutes to start finding the root causes behind your symptoms. 

Telehealth is offered for all follow ups and take 15 to 20 minutes.
